Company culture is the personality of a company and it defines the environment in which employees work. Here at CLE Transportation we have a team-based company culture. We encourage our employees to actively participate on all decision making levels. This participation is a big component in everything we do.
From decisions regarding healthcare, equipment purchases, 401K plans, lanes we run, home time, maintenance plans, customer service and pay structure our employees improve company's productivity through a strong company culture. Our goal is not to be just a paycheck. We hire and are always looking for employees who are a "good fit" and are not looking to work FOR us but rather WITH us toward a common goal of greater customer service and increased bottom line.
